Thinglink is a website that lets you create interactive images – you can add music, video, text, pictures, and really whatever else you can think of. ThingLink is easy to use and can be as simple or complicated as you want it to be.
Project-Based Learning: ThingLink helps student build interactive graphics. For a math project, you could make a pdf file of various 2-D and 3-D shapes, and add simple links that explain how to find the perimeter, area, volume, and surface area of all the shapes. Further, you could add small links that show pictures of those shapes in the real world or offer explanations of where the formulas come from.
Easier application would be a timeline of events, a biography (adding pictures, videos, important anecdotes), or explanations of a science graphic (an image of a cell with links explaining all the various parts).
